Inventory Planning Officer

-The main role is to focus and support the current sales and stock situation


-Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement


-Ensure effective inventory management on stock balancing, stock analysis vs sales performance to ensure stocks on best sellers and inventory instore at an optimal level


-Liaise closely with warehouse, stores and other departments


-Communicate and liaise with retail store personnel on stock requisition and other requirement


-Involve Promotion and Markdown planning to achieve the sales budget as well as the healthy inventory level


-Work closely with Merchandise planning team on the next ordering and incoming stocks


-Ad hoc report / documentation

-Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure


-Business-minded and possess good communication skills and analytical skills


-Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meeting tight datelines


-Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel


-Strong organizing, numerical, negotiation and communication skills
