**Major Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:- **- Wear PPE at all times- Operate MHE in a safe manner adhering to Rules and Regulations set by the company- To perform housekeeping at Loading Bay, Storage, Compound, workstation and equipment in accordance with GWP, FSQ and Safety standards- To perform full physical checks for incoming shipment from Supplier or 3PL. Ensuring stocks are properly stacked and safely secured to pallet using shrink wrap. Incoming documents to be documented correctly before performing system Goods Receive (GR)- To perform Outbound Dispatch, ensuring physical stock tally with tally sheet and in good condition, utilizing the correct pallet type, temperature monitoring device are affix and activated, stock is properly stacked and shrink wrapped, and Dispatch document are complete and correct- To perform Stock Count via RF scanner- Ensure the cleanliness of oil receiving area and used oil collection area. Cabinet to store the oil hose to be locked when not in use- Transfer of Soft Oil or Palm Oil to designated Production Line upon Production Requisition- To perform receiving of Soft Oil or Palm Oil- Attend to and transfer of Used Oil to waste recycling vendor- To change wooden pallet for RM to plastic pallet using Pallet Inverter- To perform Traffic Warden duty, traffic control for Inventory's incoming trucks- Monitor and ensure Pre Ops Preparation are being performed by TM- Provide coaching to junior or newly hired Team Member (TM)- Undertake any other task assigned by Superior**Qualifications/Experience**- Preferably to have high school degree or equivalent- Diploma in any field will be an added advantage- Preferably to have 3 years of working experience in warehouse and Inventory related job**Behavioral Competencies**- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision- Ability to demonstrate leadership quality- Pay attention to detail- Ability to demonstrate collaborative working style and team work- Ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility at work- Ability to demonstrate candor in the workplace**Technical Competencies**- Good verbal and written communication skills- Understand Bahasa Malaysia and English- Familiar with Microsoft Office- Able to operate Material Handling Equipment (power pallet truck, reach truck & forklift)**Other Requirements**- Able to work rotating shift- Able to work on weekends and holidays- Able to work in cold environment**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
