Responsibility To act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and technical issues related to hardware, software, server, CCTV, WIFI Access Point and network connectivity.Maintain and responsible for IT Network, Servers, Backups, Disaster Recovery and any infrastructure related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues.Inventory and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements.Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes. Take pro active measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup.Conduct related user-training programs in order to enhance users' knowledge of applications to support their daily works.To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.Prepare resources (PC, software, email account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them.Willingness to travel to customer site for computer system troubleshooting if required RequirementDegree or Diploma in Computing / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Computer System / Computer or equivalent experience.With at least 2-year experience in a similar role.Familiarity on administration for any ERP System is an added advantagePossess excellent communication skills.Ability to build positive working relationships with parties of different level.Responsible, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.Must be willing to be based in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
