It Executive

Job Responsibilities Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the Company. Consulting with colleagues in the Company to resolve IT issues.Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.Administering data and network security for the Company including system firewalls, antivirus, Company policy and email security.Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.Participation in implementation projects for Company's software and application. Assist in project documentation in accordance to the Company's project management methodology.Preparing training material and user guides for all applications to ensure knowledge retention for reference.Conduct user training / briefing to ensure proper usage of system.Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.Manage and maintain Company's IT asset inventory.Analyse, and configuring systems for the Company's business processes.Devise and IT framework to ensure productivity and budget targets are met.Creating, analysing, reporting, converting and transferring data through systems using application software.To undertake and perform any other job functions as and when required.· 
Job Requirements At least 3 years proven working experience in IT support roles and IT operation environment.Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field.Proficiency in the working of servers, networks, computers and peripherals.Extensive knowledge of system security and procedures for protecting the Company's data from intrusion or corruption.Advanced knowledge about hardware and software configuration.Excellent troubleshooting, creative and technical problem-solving skills.Good understanding of Workflow platform.
