Job Description Open Position: IT Recruiter (Fulltime Freelancer)   We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join us as a Freelancer.
Individual without Recruitment experience but wanting to explore this industry on a Fulltime Freelancing engagement basis is welcomed.
  Key requirements include: ·          Good experience recruiting and sourcing for IT Functional & Technical roles covering any of the IT Sofftware, Hardware, Solution Architect, Project Management and etc ·          Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches ·          Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms, above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn ·          A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent ·          Ability to multi-task and thrives working in a dynamic, high change environment   If you are interested, please send your CV to ****** for a confidential discussion.
