JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the application system in operation and resolving incidents/requests regarding the use of application software and hardware on-site and remotely.Partner with business units to follow up on problem resolution and make suitable recommendations for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights; and develop analytical dashboards and charts that drive informed business decisions.Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade existing hardware and software systems, network equipment and applications.Manage hardware inventory and keep track of licensing.Troubleshoot and provide Root Cause Analysis and solution on issues, escalate issues to higher level support and close the issues according to given deadline.Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure the service and support are delivered according to the SLA.Participate in full System Development Life Cycle including requirement study, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation.Author and update documentation including system specification, user manuals and training materials.Organize meeting for the purpose of resolving different application needs among different user groups and updating user on the development progress as well as the changes in schedule.Constantly educate/change management for all related processes to improve performance/efficiency.Adhere to security, compliance and regulated standard under IT policies. JOB REQUIREMENTS :- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science or other IT related qualification.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support.Experience with enterprise systems, such as SAP and BI tools, and domain knowledge of Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management are a plus.High proficiency in SQL skills, database management and data modelling. Extensive working experience with various data sources.
