Details of the offer

Requirement:- Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline.- Willing to learn.- Have basic understanding on the IT part & infrastructure.Responsibility:- Resolve support tickets in a fast and professional manner- Keep support requester updated on the progress of resolving their support ticket- Log any bugs or feature request in helpdesk system- Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation and data center day to day administration- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues- Providing desktop and server support- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops including supports.- Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops- Ensuring all logs for equipment and users are maintained- Ensuring licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained- Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirementsWorking hour:- Sunday to Thursday : 8.30 am - 5.00 pmContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Nerus: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
