It Technical Support

Troubleshoots errors and problems relating to network, hardware and server.- Monitor endpoints for outbreaks of viruses, spyware, worms and strategies on remedial actions immediately.- Identify problematic areas on the endpoints and user hardware and implement strategic solutions in time.- Maintain the highest possible level of server room operations by monitoring the server room environment, checking on the fire suppression equipment and limiting and recording access to the server room.- Involves in infrastructure implementation and monitoring to ensure optimum performance of all endpoints at all time.- Ensure accurate records of software licenses, activations, product warranty and service records.- Act in alignment of user need and system functionality to contribute to the organizational policy.**REQUIREMENTS**:- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience working in IT related projects.
