It Technical Support (Sabah Site)

**Job Description: -**- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.- Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments.- Preparation and management of operating and capital budgets.- Manage external vendor's relationships and services.- Complete all assigned tasks within given time frame, task includes on-site and off-site mechanical and electrical & Software/Hardware work. Especially, during critical time, e.g. deployment period, able to work and response even after Service Operation hours and/or weekend and public holiday whenever required.- Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.- Working closely with either internal technical/software team or external clients/user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.**Job Requirement**:- Must possess your own transportation (prefer Bike)- Travelling requires- Able to speak and understand Basic English.- Must stay at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
