It Technician

To provide IT solution to meet the business need that aligned to company strategic business objective.- Responsible for the existing infrastructure, network services, security audits, equipment master list and standard operational procedures.- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.- Check computer hardware (mouses, keyboards, etc) to ensure functionality- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.- To troubleshoot and support end users on PC, printers and other peripherals for both software and hardware.- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.- Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.- Lay network cables and ensure that they are in good working order.- Document all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of guidance and training.- Assist in hardware and software inventory management.- Handle IT related documentation and make sure all IT supplies are available- Any other ad-hoc task may assigned by direct superior from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
