We have a job opportunity for the following position:
1) Office AssistantWork Location: Kuching, Sarawak (Sarawakians are encouraged to apply).
Job Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist with official travel management.
Manage all correspondence and registry as well as sorting administration emails.
Assist in planning and arranging events, including planning refreshments.
Handle reception area and visitors' management.
Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary.
Assist in raising Purchase Requests (PR) for other business units as required.
Provide support to office administrative functions, which include undertaking clerical duties, photocopying, and filing appropriate documents as needed.
Manage outgoing post and record data on deliveries.
Maintain stock list and order office supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Ensure enough stationery/pantry for office use – inventory control.
Work under the general supervision of the Office Administrator and in close coordination with office management.
Assist in compiling newspaper clippings.
Ensure Vendor List and response letters are up to date.
