Junior Finance Executive (Shared Services)

Job Description A reputable Shared Services company is looking to hire Junior Finance Executive   to join their finance team based in their Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: ·          Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and with more than 3 years' work experience in the finance operations.
·          High attention to details in maintaining an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
·          Responsible for accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
·          Prepare and review budget forecast, cash flow statement, oversee the AR and AP and payroll activities.
·          Prepare and review bank reconciliation, involved in corporate planning activities.
·          Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, legal office for company matters.
·          Excellent communication skills in English with proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
