Junior Operations Coordinator

What You Will Do Audit and manage performance programs, ensuring high standards are consistently met.Assist and respond to departmental inquiries related to daily operations including fund management, payment processing, claim requests, platform management, money systems, affiliate management, and resolving credit card issues.Support superiors with ad-hoc tasks as required.
 What You Should Have Minimum SPM qualification.At least 1 year of experience in payroll, fraud & risk analyst, customer service, administrative roles, or finance/payment operations.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report irregularities.Positive attitude with a mild-mannered approach, ensuring accuracy and systematic task completion.Sensitivity to system changes and administrative tasks.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Availability to work on weekends or public holidays as needed, with replacement leave options.Experience in finance or payment-related roles.Familiarity with compliance and audit processes.
