Description
: MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure distribution & maintain healthy stock
weight of UFS product in the Modern Trade & Wholesaler segment with
good execution, implementing effective standard operating procedures and maintaining
existing sales within assigned customers and a given sales territory. Analyze issues
and opportunities in the business/market to capture a greater market share from
competitors / retailers’ house-brands.
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for company’s given monthly/yearly target
via close working relationship with stakeholders e.g. retailers (HQ / store
manager or buyer), distributor, merchandisers, supply chain, trade marketing
etc.
- Responsible for effective promotions, planning,
proposals and execution including tracking, monitoring of loyalty programs and
spending within budget allocated by the company.
- Accountable for sales orders, pre-plan & visit
assigned stores / customers according to daily routing plan.
- To ensure every day in great execution and winning in
store by enhancing strong in-store fundamentals e.g. merchandising, price
check, stock hygiene, maintaining FIFO & maximizing display shelving.
- Responsible for reconciliation/control of accounts and
outlet’s damage stock returns.
- Be observant in trade to have a good insight of market
trend and competitor’s activities.
- To assist the Area Sales Manager in developing
business plan, review and trading terms/business contract with customers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in
any field of study.
- Relevant experience in field sales/key account
management/modern trade, preferably in FMCG industry will be added advantage.
- Good communication skill, problem solving skill and
always be passionate.
