Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab TechnicianWorking Location: Bayan Lepas, PenangWorking Hours: Rotational ShiftBasic Salary: RM2000- RM2300Benefit, EPF, Sockso, Medical Claim, Insurance coverage, Shift allowancesPerform wet chemistry analysis, electrical fault isolation and material analysis. Support lab tools installation and commissioning. Identifying and researching advance packaging failures for product quals, yield, experiments. Your responsibilities should include but not be limited to:- Perform wet chemistry analysis using tools such as ICPMS, IC, and titrator, as well as wafer surface elemental analysis using TXRF.- Perform electrical validation and fault isolation using analytical tools such as Parametric Analyzer (I/V analysis), micro-probing, ELITE, iTDR, etc.- Perform advance imaging such as SEM, X-ray, CSAM, IRLC, digital microscope, etc.- Use sample preparation/material analysis tools such as Mechanical Sample Prep (Polishing/Dimpling/Cleaving), X-prep, Chemical Etching, FIB, SEM/EDX, Raman etc.- Perform dimensional measurement task and visual inspection using Microscopes.- Able to perform failure analysis task and reported out FA results timely.The responsibility will not limited to Lab Management/Production Support (LMT):- Act as multi-role to manage lab administrative/production operation including act as a runner for material transfer, cycle count, HVI and IDM admin.- Manage lab supplies & inventory, safety, and etc.- Manage shipment (ISM) between intel to intel and intel to external parties.**Job Requirements**:- Possess an Advanced Diploma/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, and any relevant discipline.- Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.- Basic math skills are required.- Flexible and capable of handling multi-task operations- Attention to detail.- Programming Skill: C++ and Macro Excel (Good to have)- Computer Systems: Computer literacy, MS Office.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
