Position SummaryLead and manage the Reliability Management team in all Operations-related to the development and execution of Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Integrity and Condition-based Monitoring. Ensure Reliability Management directly underpins the KBB offshore facility to be reliable, available, and safe for continuous operation. Collaborate with multiple disciplines' subject matter experts (SMEs) including Maintenance, Technical Services, Offshore team and operations personnel to drive Bad Actor Management and Preventive Maintenance optimization. Originate and develop analytical methods to determine the reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyzes data. Prepares diagrams, charts, drawings, calculations, and reports to define reliability problems and make recommendations for improvementsPrinciple Accountabilities1. Internal owner of the Asset Integrity Management in KPOC. Responsible for the development,update, and implementing the required actions.2. Responsible for managing the safe working behaviour of the reliability team, demonstrating a high regard for personal and team EHS performance, sustaining a zero overdue status of investigations and actions.3. Produce and implement the site reliability policies for all equipment and systems, ensuring allplanned routines are correctly specified and critical spares are available to allow the maintenanceteam to effectively complete tasks.4. Site lead for all engineering Root cause analysis and implementation of long-term engineeringsolutions to prevent reoccurrences, manage KPIs including Run Hours, Mean Time Between Failure(MBTF) and Cost to repair of equipment and systems.5. Supply reliability status monthly reporting figures, analyse trends and develop improvementprojects to address the issues of concern and make continuous improvements a way of life.Develop Probability of Failure on Demand (PFD) Report.6. Sets strategic direction and owns the 5-year roadmap for Reliability Management. Aligns thisroadmap with Maintenance & Technical Services roadmap and WPB budgeting processes.7. Manage all team personnel issues and concerns and through performance management identifytalent to develop as well as hold the team to account.8. Responsible for developing and implementing the site predictive/preventative engineering policies.9. Oversee the implementation of the Condition-based Monitoring (CBM) activities.10. Ensure monthly CBM reporting on work completion, rectification works, notifications and openissues.Requirements1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.2. Minimum 15 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a minimum of 8 years ofwork experience in reliability engineering and a minimum of 4 years in a lead role.3. SAP Power User.4. Excellent proficiency in database systems and general computer applications.5. Strong HSE drive and operational safety experience.6.
