Learning & Development Officer

Responsibilities: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Work with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Organize training programs, seminars and workshops for employees.
Design, create and maintain training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Utilize various training methodologies and technologies to ensure effective learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized training content.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Keep track of employee performance and response to training.
Requirements: Possess degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Human Resources, Training & Development, etc.)
Relevant work experience in learning and development role.
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
Excel in MS Office (esp.
Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset.
Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation skills and public speaking skills.
Organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently.
Critical thinking and decision making.
