ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions according to the syllabus.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.
Assessment: Design, administer, and grade assignments, exams, and other assessments. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Student Guidance: Mentor and advise students on academic progress and career aspirations.
Research and Development: Engage in research activities and publish papers, attend conferences, and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.
Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to course reviews, and help with student admissions and registrations.
Extracurricular Involvement: Support student activities and participate in community or industry outreach programs.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Office Management & Technology/Bach. Degree in Office Systems Mgmt/ Masters Degree in Office Systems ManagementAble to teach core subject: KeyboardingPrevious teaching or training experience is preferred.Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used in Office System ManagementStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
