Legal & Company Secretary Manager

Ensure compliance with statutory obligations under the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations.Provide legal counsel to Senior Management on corporate and commercial matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts,Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, Joint Venture and other legal documents and advise management on legal risks and opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions and partnerships.Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes and negotiations, represent the Company in legal matters if necessary.Handle legal related issues i.e. land/property, employment law issues, intellectual property right and dispute resolution.Ensure compliance with Laws, regulations, implement internal policies and procedures across all business units and to communicate closely with respective business head.Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments to ensure compliance.
