Legal Counsel

Provide legal support and advice to business team and upper management on relevant legal issue- Ensure compliance with the internal control, statutory, requirement and other formalities- Calculate and handle risk in business process and decision making- Draft legal document and opinion- Execute procedures of protecting patents, trademark, intellectual right- Keeping up with current changes on ali relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of knowledge base of the company's legal function- Managing disputes, pre-litigation and any dispute cases- Provide precise legal guidance on any issues that have an impact on the organisation and liasing with regulators, external counsel as required- Performing such other duties, function and service consistent assigned by the Head of Department.**; Requirements**:- Minimum Qualification of LLB, CLP, Barrister or similar qualification- Experience in Corporate Governance and knowledge on Microsoft Purview- Proven experience in general corporate, commercial, fintech, IP and trademark- Strong analytical skills, are meticulous and are a quick learner- Understand US regulation is plus point- In house counsel experience gained from a multinational corporation, IT industrian and/or enterprise business sector or extensive external legal counsel experience.- Min 5 years of relevant commercial, advisory, litigation and regulatory experience.
