Legal Officer

Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and reviewing various company documents such as correspondences, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research, draft, review, comment on legal documentation, and highlight to Management the risks/exposure, possible breaches, and non-compliance under applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and comply with legal deadlines, respond to legal inquiries, and provide legal assistance on a timely basis.
Observe changes in respective legislation and provide advice to the team on potential impacts.
Keep updated on legal developments and constantly review documents, templates, and policies to ensure compliance.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal files and documentation, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
Liaise and communicate effectively with developers, bankers, lawyers, and various government bodies.
Coordinate with and manage external legal counsel on legal and/or regulatory matters.
Assist with company secretarial matters and other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Law (LLB) (Hons).
Preferably Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the property industry.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
Preferably a Chinese-speaking candidate to cater to the related group of the team.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided.
