Legal Specialist

1.. Handle legal affairs, be responsible for legal affairs independently (including but not limited to main projects, litigation, non-litigation business), coordinate the collaborative work of various departments, issue legal opinions and propose solutions;
 2. Engage in daily legal work, be responsible for the drafting and review of documents, and project due diligence;
 3. Provide professional opinions on relevant legal issues according to the needs of the business department to maximize the interests of the enterprise;
 4. Be responsible for the drafting and review of the business contracts/documents of the enterprise;
 5. Assist in handling legal matters related to the enterprise, such as arbitration, litigation, etc., to safeguard the interests of the enterprise;
 Be responsible for legal consultation and legal training for relevant personnel of the enterprise;

; Requirements:- Nationality requirements : Malaysian
Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese preferred 
Qualification Requirements:
1.? ?Malaysian law degree
2.? ??Minimum 1- 3 years of legal practice preferably in litigation
3.? ?Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice.
4.? ?Thorough understanding of the Malaysian legal and regulatory landscape.
