### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via our live chat platform with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information concerning flights, bookings, airport services, and policies.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints in real-time, maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary while ensuring customers are kept informed about the progress of their queries.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using our customer relationship management system (CRM) for analysis and quality assurance.
- Analyze chat data to identify common issues or customer trends and propose innovative solutions for improvement.

- **Collaboration & Strategic Planning:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions with ideas that streamline service processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies, product offerings, and industry best practices.
- Actively seek feedback on chat interaction effectiveness and implement improvement measures.

### **Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- Preferably possess a diploma or degree in any relevant field.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment.
