Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Associate in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Conduct strategic planning to improve the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Independent and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills to effectively handle customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
