Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Live Chat Manager to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service through this channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat platform for customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate live chat into overall customer service strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends in live chat management.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to live chat, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in managing live chat platforms in a customer service or sales environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
