Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions on our website.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Assist with project management tasks related to live chat initiatives and improvements.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers in a live chat setting.
3. Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
4. Project management experience is a plus.
5. Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support.
6. Resourceful and able to adapt to changing situations quickly.
