**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Live Chat Support:** Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide product-related information in a friendly and efficient manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues swiftly and take appropriate actions to resolve them effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately log customer interactions and update records in the customer service management system.

**Requirements:**
