Job Description:
Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong people management skills and ability to work well in a team
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools
