**Job Description:**

IOI Corporation Berhad, a leading global palm oil producer dedicated to sustainable practices, is seeking a passionate and resilient Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in customer service and possess a strong ability to engage with clients in a fast-paced virtual environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding to resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring timely follow-ups until resolution.

3. **Quality Assurance:**
- Maintain high-quality communication standards in written responses in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate in regular quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure the highest levels of service.

4. **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster collaborative relationships within the customer service team to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

5. **Reporting and Feedback:**
- Track and document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for future reference.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and potential areas for service enhancement.

6. **Continuous Learning:**
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance skillsets and improve customer service delivery.

### **Requirements:**

**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proven experience in handling customer inquiries through live chat platforms.

**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or a related field is preferred.

**Skills and Abilities:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-office environment.
