 -Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok marketing and/or livestream operations.-Go-Getter: Being able to standby during campaign period to optimize the performance of the live stream during campaign period-Expertise in TikTok: In-depth knowledge of TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices for both organic and paid media.-Livestream Management: Proven experience in managing livestream events, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.-Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from TikTok and livestream platforms to make informed decisions.-Creativity: Able to think creatively to craft compelling content and campaigns that resonate with TikTok audiences.-Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.-Team Player: A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with different departments to bring campaigns to life.
