About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Logistic Admin to join our dynamic team at Hommax Global Sourcing Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor. As a Logistic Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our logistics processes.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day logistics activities, including inventory management, order processing, and dispatch schedulingLiaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and effective communicationMaintain accurate records and documentation related to all logistics operationsAssist in the planning and implementation of logistics strategies to optimise processes and drive continuous improvementProvide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, reporting, and filingCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address logistics-related issues and enhance overall operational efficiencyWhat we're looking for Relevant experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industryStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholdersProficient in using MS office, including spreadsheets, databases, and SQL systemsAttention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in record-keeping and data managementProblem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamWhat we offer
