Logistic Executive

Responsibilities: Arrange and coordinate transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouse and from warehouse to customers.Track all shipment and ensure timely delivery, addressing any delays or issues they arise.Coordinate with own and 3PL warehouse operation staff to ensure efficient loading, unloading and storage of goods.Communicate with order fulfillment team regarding order status, delivery schedules and any issues of delays.Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels and other logistics activitiesAny other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors. Job Requirements:  At least 2-3 years' experience in logistics Minimum Diploma in Business Admin/ Logistics, or any equivalent qualificationComputer literate (Microsoft Office experience – Outlook, Excel, Word)Well-verse in both English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to work with minimum supervisionGood communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, a good team player and responsible
