Logistic Executive

Job Description  Prepare Purchase Requestion (PR), Purchase Order &  supplier invoices received via email or phone for payment processMonitor and liaise with warehouse & driver on daily operational activitiesResolve issues related to transportation & logistics (PDRM  and JPJ summons)To ensure daily shipment are planned and carry out without failedCommunicate effectively with internal department to ensure alignment on schedules shipment & requirementReceives & inspects incoming shipments for discrepancies & damages and report problem to the designated person promptlyCoordinate & managing task for shipping & logisticsMonitor closely company vehicles must maintain cleanliness and good conditionCarrying out operational tasks involving the transportation and movement of trucksRequirement Diploma / Degree of Logistics / Supply Chain or any related fieldAt least 3 years experience in logistic or relevant fieldGood interpersonal, communication skill & reporting skill Ability to multi task is essential, excellent problem solving skill, strong analytical & attention to detailHardworking, resourceful & proactive with sense of urgencyAble to work shift rotation & on SaturdayWilling to work at Telok Gong, Port Klang.
