Logistic Executive

We are looking for a competent Logistic Executive to enhance our Supply Chain team. The incumbent is responsible to execute the Logistic Planning & Strategy to ensure the efficiency of logistic network and distribution.
Job Responsibilities: -  Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Ensure that all strategies are executed in the areas of a logistical network. Follow up with customer delivery and plan for daily movement of lorry and follow up the urgent preparation when needed. To communicate company objectives and goals to key personnel in areas, under the logistical structure of a company.To create, direct and modify procedures for the operation of these processes according to the strategy of timely distribution of goods or services to clients or consumers.To liaise and coordinate with the transporter on the logistic of outgoing goods in by following the schedule. To respond and ensure effective coordination between production, sales, warehouse, customers and delivery.Monitor loading process and vehicle maintenance by weekly basis.To ensure the vehicle drivers are appropriately trained and hold valid driving license and regularly inspected and in right condition.Study the cost on effectiveness of using the outsource transport company. Adhering to the HSE and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).Requirements Degree in Logistic Management / Business Administration or equivalent from the recognize tertiary education.  Possessed at least 3 years working experience in Logistic operation, and applicant with Warehouse Operation experienced will be an added advantage. Proficient in reading and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Applicants with working experience in Food Industries Operating will be the priority.
