Logistics Admin/Customer Service

Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics department, including data entry, filing, and document management. Track and monitor riders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Coordinate with riders and dispatch to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods. Handle customer service inquiries related to deliveries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: SPM/fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Able to speak, read and write Mandarin, English and Malay Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Availability to work flexible hours, if needed.
