Logistics Analyst

The Logistic Specialist's primary duty is to ensure the delivery from Contract Manufacturer to Consignee on multiple metrics, which are on-time, cost-effective, time-saving etc., and transact the system correctly & timely.**Work Location: Bukit Minyak Industrial Park****Responsibilities**:- Manage daily import and export shipping operations for Malaysia, China and other regions.- Sales Order (SO) information collection & delivery planning.- Flight booking & support documents preparation- System transaction for receiving, SO shipping and support documents collection- Shipment delivery tracking & problem solving, logistic cost collection & analysis.**Requirements**:- College degree or above, major in supply chain management, business management or related field.- Three or more years' experience on import/export under manufacturing environment.- ** Understanding to international trade rules, Inco terms, duties/tax knowhow**:- Good knowledge of Boned / Free Trade Zone regulations and process, logbook, etc.- Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system- Proven knowledge of logistic management, attention to details- Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with international colleagues, suppliers & customers- Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia, as the role requires you to work with suppliers from multiple countries including China.
