Logistics Assistant

· Control and arrangement shipment local and export schedule.
· Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, and registering them.
· Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
· Ensure stock quantity tally with system.
· Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
· Responsible for every documents issued.
· To check and match the Invoice, Delivery Note and Credit Note before passing it to Finance Department.
· Provide daily reports accordingly.
· Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
· Maintain the department filing system and ensure all documentations are up to date in order to meet ISO requirements.
· Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirement: · Required language: Bahasa Malaysia or English.
· Minimum SPM and above.
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skills: Computer Literacy, Documentation, Shipping, Warehouse
· Systematic, discipline and positive working attitude.
· Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Applicant must be willing to work in Juru.
· Applicant must have own transport.
