Logistics Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Adhere to company policies and objectives- Adhere to record keeping/retention policy as per local custom policy & company policy- Optimize and coordinate inbound and outbound cycle & procedure including the Customs compliance.- Ensure compliance with all logistics & transport laws and regulations.- To manage transporter and ensuring goods are delivery to the site on a timely basis.- To prepare logistic analysis report such as delivery analysis, picking, ad packing analysis and others on time and accurate.- To ensure proper documentation of Logistic operations- Monitor and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.- Any other duties assigned from superior from time to time.Requirement:- Minimum diploma qualification with 5 years working experience in related field- Conversant in import/export process, procedures, and documentations.- Well-versed in LMW matters, Customs Act and procedures- Computer literate and proficient in custom system- Familiar in ISO procedure is an advantage- Independent and a good team player with multi skills
