Logistics Site Supervisor (Bintulu)

Overseeing cargo receiving, trucking & crane operations at Samalaju Port
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Implementing and overseeing security & safety for Operations
Ensuring effective and safe use of site equipment
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
Supervising port staff and daily activities
Check orders, physical items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
Performing a daily inspection of the grounds and site operation
Communicating and coordinating with Miri HQ and Customer PIC
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience
Outstanding leadership & strong people management skills
Normal shift is required
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple processes and projects
