Maintenance Cum Chargeman A0-A1

Responsible in ensuring the overall infrastructure and environment of the factory in highest standards of safe working condition by regular maintain excellent equipment conditions.Responsible to provide Engineering Services / Supports to technical problems, machine breakdowns and any other technical problems encountered by the operating unit.Responsible to identify risk analysis of production equipment breakdown, repair jobs and implement preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate recurring problem.Responsible to monitor and authorize issues from stores and request purchases of spares, tools or materials.Responsible to supervise and manage the engineering workshop and utilities areas.Responsible to maintain and manage the applicable software and it's related database of machine history.Responsible to co-ordinate with Production Executive to ensure production lines operates at highest efficiencies.Responsible to ensure that all government and company requirements relating to safety, health and environment are strictly adhered and enforced.Responsible to manage inventory of engineering spares and submit Monthly Engineering Spare Parts Report to the Production Executive for review.Co-ordinate on the job and cross training for new personnel and other cross-functional department's workers.Responsible to generate Monthly Maintenance Report to the Production Executive.
