Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting and maintenance of M&E systems, electrical installations and equipment.
Address breakdowns and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Assist with the installation, repair and replacement of electrical systems, lighting, HVAC systems and other facilities.
Maintain compliance with safety standards, codes and regulations.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
Record maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
Handle and resolve other repair and maintenance issues.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, M&E, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a commercial or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and manuals.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
