Management Trainee Job Description: Provide training schedule & contents to existing clients and potential clientsHandle VIP client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are prioritized.Monitor client feedback and follow up with clients after services are rendered.Assist with follow-up and after-care services for clientsAssist with scheduling and coordination of training programsSupport event coordination for client activities, such as workshops, seminars, or special VIP events.Handle inquiries from social media (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc)Assist in office & team related admin taskAny other ad-hoc task assigned. Job Requirement: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words and Power Point, CanvaCandidate must posses at least Diploma in Administration/Management or equivalentPreferable 1- 2 years of working experience in any fieldsRequired Skill(s): Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words and Power Point, problem solving skills, communication skills, detail-oriented with analytical skills, integrity, possess strong communication, interpersonal skills and good team player, proactive, independent and able to adapt changes in a fast pace environmentMust be prepared with own transport & willing to travel outstation if needed.Fluent in Mandarin is requiredFresh Graduate are welcome to apply
