How does the management trainees program look like?
As a management trainee, you will learn management skills that are consistent with the Company's values.
Phase 1 (1 Month): During the 1st month, you will be assigned as Brand Ambassador (Retail Specialist/ Livestreamer). This phase will allow you to have a clearer picture of the retail landscape. Through the training, you get to understand the sales operation, merchandising management, promoter management and customer engagement. During these period, you also get to build up your confident level and communication while communicating with people from all walk of life.
Phase 2 (5 Months): In this phase, you will be rotated into one of department like Sales Operation, Key Account, Social Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources. Depending on your department and role, projects and assignments will be given to you as part of your KPI. Be part of the business and get real into operation. While on the job, you get the most out of every day with projects and assignments that build your knowledge and experience. There will be continual performance monitoring to identify when you are ready to move on and up.
Phase 3 (12 Months): Depending on your roles and department in Phase 2, you may be in the same department and may be tasked with new assignments or projects or you may be rotated to another department or roles. During this course of time, you are expected to take lead in projects/assignment and having opportunity with people management. By this phase, you should have developed data analytic and problem solving skill through the impactful work. Becoming a resilient person who strive to grow further in the company and move across the business unit, both locally and regionally to tackles new challenges.

-Strong preference for recent graduates with less than to 2 years of full-time working experience.
-Proficiency in English (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing) and Chinese (Speaking, Listening).
-Demonstrated adventurous spirit, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to experiment.
-Strong performance orientation with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Flexibility to travel within Malaysia, Southeast Asia, and other Asian countries, including Korea, Japan, China, and Australia.
