The positions are based in our KL Office in Malaysia.
Job Overview You will have the responsibility of attending to all sales activities at the Company's Sales Galleries, exhibitions, or launches, on a daily basis.
Responsibilities Maintain a strong focus on end-to-end sales activities encompassing prospecting, sales presentations, sales closing, follow-through on sales administration, and after-sales serviceTake a proactive approach in actively contributing to the development of comprehensive marketing plans and strategic sales plans/programs for targeted market segmentsExecute sales and marketing strategies efficiently to successfully attain the Company's sales targetsMaintain regular follow-ups and foster strong relationships with both prospective and existing buyersContinuously conduct research of market trends related to residential properties and consumer demands, while also performing competitor and industry analysesAssist in the preparation and review of weekly sales and progress reportsEffectively execute the implementation of best practices, policies and procedures to enhance the overall sales performancePerform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Management periodically Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any disciplineBetween 2 to 7 years of working experience in sales preferably in the property sector. Those with hospitality background are also encouraged to apply Demonstrate competency in modern marketing techniques with advanced skills in MS Office Applications suiteFluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin and local dialects is an advantagePossess exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals and stakeholders at all levelsEnergetic, goal-driven, self-assured and collaborative team player
