Marketing of products and services offered by Transaction Banking (Cash Management, Trade Finance and Channels).
Serve as an ambassador for all related products and services by maintaining knowledge of offerings by the department.
Consolidate, coordinate and align marketing initiatives across Consumer, Business & Islamic Line of Business. Obtain approval for campaigns from all relevant business owners and functions across HLB to ensure alignment to the overall company strategy, avoid duplication and combine related initiatives wherever possible for better efficiency.
Plan and prepare Marketing Campaign paper to obtain approval from all relevant business owners related initiatives wherever possible for better efficiency.
Express and conceptualise marketing messages well in a manner where it will be concise and customer friendly.
Coordinate campaign, tracking, post mortem analysis and reporting of campaign performance, sharing it across monthly to the Product Marketing Council.
Support the department in the management of campaigns / promotion / events in order to maintain the name and reputation of the Department / Bank.
Ensure that all content banners including current campaign creative in line with the ongoing campaigns for the website.
Management of the M&C calendar including scheduling, deployment, designing the communication copy and layouts utilising the template and email marketing tool, undertake the reporting on the eDMs performance, as required for eDMs.
Ensure all the internal processes are adhered to in conducting the above.
Keep abreast with the latest market development, competitors' activities and remain up-to-date with emerging CRM campaign management technology.
Job Requirements Malaysian citizen.
Degree in Marketing or a related field.
8 years and above experience in related field.
Result-oriented team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess strong sense of commitment, responsibility and discipline.
A good understanding of banking industry is a plus.
Knowledge/Skill and Ability High adaptability, self-motivated and able to work independently as well in group.
Ability to juggle with multiple task or projects.
Strong attention to details especially in numbers.
Good organisation and planning.
Proficient written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Written and spoken proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Demonstrable knowledge and skills in Brand and Marketing, Planning, Business Management and Service Culture.
Demonstrable stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite of Products.
Ability to interact with people at all organisational levels.
