Job Purpose : Reporting to the Senior Manager, your role is expected to provide technical expertise for the design, development and maintenance of certification, qualifications and learning programmes to facilitate human capital development. This includes taking on roles such as trainer, speaker, facilitator, and assessor in our certification programmes.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the integrity, credibility, quality and standards of certifications, qualifications and learning programmes.Design, develop and manage assessment and/or examination questions for implementation in the certification, qualification and learning programmes.Manage certification, qualification and learning programmes – design, develop outlines, update, review improve and/or recommendation of learning resources and materials including e-resources.Oversee all elements of our certification and learning programmes to ensure they are effectively meeting the set goals and objectives. This includes conducting briefings, facilitating discussions and running learning sessions as a trainer, speaker, assessor or facilitator.Initiate and maintain up-to-date understanding of stakeholders' requirements, local and international capital market development and trends in order to benchmark, identify and meet current and future industry requirements.Source, recommend and on-board (and observe, where necessary) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective delivery of learning programmes and expansion of SME repository.Assist in managing and dealing with relevant governance committees and other stakeholders including capital market intermediaries and institutions of higher learning including to plan, coordinate and organise internal and external meetings.Comply with and ensure all processes are in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and assist to review and recommend improvements of the SOP.Provide relevant support to other functions such as business development, client engagement and/or event management team for successful implementation and execution at pre, during and post programmes. Qualifications and Other General Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Finance/Business/Mass Communication or equivalent.6 - 8 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position and 3 years supervisory role in related area.Have a proven track record of successfully delivering sales and business development strategies in a professional environment to corporate clients (B2B).Be an excellent communicator with outstanding presentation skills, both written and oral.Strong influencing and negotiation skills, comfortable to engage C-Suites and Directors.Strong analytical, interpersonal and networking skills.Able to work independently and cross teams and also as a team leader.Be able to deliver agreed KPIs in a results driven environment.Application Closing Date : 7 November 2024
