Description Description:Candidate will be the champion of quality in promoting customers' perception of value of Power Integrations products.Candidate will work seamlessly with various organization at company headquarter and its supply base to manage customers' qualification of PI products, change notifications, customer audits, customers' problem resolution, and corrective and preventive actions as needed to promote customer's perception of PI product quality and reliability.Responsibility includes interfacing directly with customers, in responding to requests and managing customer expectations and quality concerns.As such, candidate must have quality systems expertise with excellent organizational and communication skills.Candidate must have a proven track record of having worked in a similar role in a semiconductor company.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.Be the focal point of communication on quality matters affecting strategic accounts – especially in China.Actively engage with Failure Analysis team and co-work on urgent and complex customer quality issues.Be the interface between Failure Analysis Engineering and Field Sales Organization on timely communication of the status and results of failure analysis concerning customer RMAs.Define and implement product quality planning and control process based on customers' specifications and requirements.Coordinate with engineering teams to issue product change notification to customers.Actively interface with Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Test Engineering, and other Engineering groups to achieve timely resolution of customer quality problems.Drive corrective and preventive actions resulting from customer RMA issues.Requirements: .in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer quality engineering involving integrated circuits.Managerial experience preferred.Language skills in Mandarin and English.Overseas travel will be required as needed.
