Job Summary Support and deliver existing and/or new technology capabilities and processes in the ERP System and related applications. Lead the design, development, and implementation of standardized and scalable processes within digital eco-system, ensuring alignment with key business influencers and IT Leadership requirements.
Job Responsibility Proposing system solution and identifying opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.Assisting in the creation of business requirements, workflows, system design and functional specification.Manage the creation and execution of test plans, ensuring that the results meet the specified business requirements while supporting QA activities as needed.Conducting gap analysis, coordinating gap closure of business process changes.Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the system modules.Contributes and participates in the successful rollout of system enhancements.Triage reported defects and document root cause analyses to avoid production service interruptions.Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules.Work with vendors to facilitate the efficient implementation of new software products, systems, and enhancements as well as the resolution of any adaptation issues.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in system design and implementation. Qualification Requirements Bachelor Of Science Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related equivalent disciplines or Degree in Finance studies and with extensive ERP system consultation experience.Certified in any of the following IT professional qualification is preferred:
- Formal ERP Training (eg. Oracle JD Edwards/SAP)
- IT Service Management (eg. ITIL)
- Project Management (eg. PMP, Prince2, Agile)At least 10 years of working experience with ERP (eg. Oracle JDE/SAP) and implementation.Demonstrated solid track record of successfully implemented at least 1 large and complex ERP projects.Business Process Reengineering (BPR) exposure is a must.Familiar with finance reporting and dashboarding.Strong functional knowledge of ERP system (e.g. Oracle JD Edwards, SAP), including good understanding of integration with within / other system modules.Deep understanding of supply chain business processes and concepts.Experience with the software development life cycle with a focus on design, testing, implementations and after care.Understands ITIL methodologies with a focus on IT service management, change management and problem management.May be required to work outside normal working hours occasionally when needs arise due to project going live, stock count and closing period.
