Manager, Marketing (Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall)

To deliver compelling marketing campaigns that drive footfall, as well as retailer sales and market share for the shopping centre.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual marketing plan and strategy for the mallManage the marketing budget including the allocation of fundsLiaise regularly with tenants where necessary to encourage participation in mall events and promotions, as well as support for the delivery of the overall marketing strategyDeal with all media enquiries, including crisis management situationsCreate and co-ordinate public relations efforts that maintain the mall in a favourable light, create interest in the mall, promotes special events and increases exposure of tenants, builds relationships with key mediaManage the mall's digital media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Corporate website)Utilize market and consumer research to develop the mall's marketing planResponsible for all marketing communications, including collateral produced for consumers, local community stakeholders, partners or commercial partnersCommunicate with stores through regular retailer forums, to ensure retailers are fully aware of upcoming initiatives or opportunities to get involved in mall activities and are fully engaged with the available marketing supportEvaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value and tenant successRequirements: Diploma/Degree in marketing or related fieldA minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacityAbility to problem solve and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlinesExcellent communications, organizational, planning and project management skillsDemonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expensesCreative thinker with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively to senior managementStrong collaborative leadership style
