General responsibilities: Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resourcesImplement a robust sales force effectiveness framework to govern all sales force effectiveness activitiesExecute and monitor sales force effectiveness plans and initiatives to drive sales growth and sales force productivityManage the implementation of processes, tools and systems (e.g. customer relationship management, field force management system) to support sales activitiesDrive active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/targeting, etc.Implement a training framework for the integrated development of the sales force.Conduct training and initiate enhancements to training framework/programsOversee the implementation of a robust reporting platform that caters to internal sales reporting requirementsDrive continuous improvement of sales force effectiveness framework, plans, training, processes, tools, systems and reporting to effectively support sales teamsCollaborate with sales teams to anticipate their needs and customize solutions that will increase their effectivenessBuild and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors to ensure sustainability of services providedManage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals setDrive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Sales Force Effectiveness and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goalsDrive self-learning and improvement in the area of Sales Force Effectiveness and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning Functional skills and knowledge: Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of FMCG industry/market/competitors/customersDemonstrate sound knowledge in the general principles of salesFamiliarity with the sales environment is a mustDemonstrate advanced research and analytical skillsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spokenExperience with Sales Force Effectiveness is preferred, FMCG industry experience is a MUST. Education: Degree or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline
Work experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles.
